Shipment normally
takes 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your
order.
When ordering we also suggest that if you have a special occasion,
i.e., birthday, anniversary, ordering holiday gifts, etc., you notify us
at spectrumhomedecor1@att.net
the same day of your order so we can ensure on time delivery or the need
to expedite the delivery. Overnight or RUSH delivery will increase
your total costs significantly. See our "Freight Chart" below for further
information.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING REQUIRED. Most items
do not need "Additional Shipping" charges. However, oversized, bulk
items will need extra shipping. If you desire to purchase an item that
requires extra shipping, we will need the following information:

Once we have received the above information for
each item, we will contact our shipping department and determine what additional
costs are required. We will then notify you via email and you determine
if the item(s) are still to be ordered. We make all attempts to keep
your costs down; however, unforeseen circumstances may require additional
costs.

Step #3: Shipment costs are dependent upon type of shipment (usually
ground). Example: If you are in Zone 3, your "Ground" shipping
cost is 18% of your total order. If total order is $200.00, your shipping
is $32.00 and total cost is $232.00 + service fee or $242.00.
