We reach a broad community of customers (nationally and internationally) and we strive to ensure that everyone receives their products with the minimum of delay and at a minimum of cost.  However, when our customers place orders outside of the continental United States, there are extenuating circumstances which occur and are beyond our control.  The most prevalent is the high cost of shipping.   An example is a customer ordering $100.00 in products and wants them shipped to Great Britain or the Continent.  If we were to use UPS or FEDEX, your costs would be extraordinary...approximately $200.00 for just one $100.00 order.  This is mainly due to UPS and FEDEX utilizing a dimensional weight versus box weight.  An example of this is a box weighing 8 pounds is dimensionally weighing 18 pounds.  They charge accordingly.  Now, what we will do is ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) which includes the customs declarations and insurance.  The downside of this is that the USPS may take longer to ship and while we strive to ensure your order arrives intact, there exists the possibility that it may arrive damaged.  So far, we have not encountered any problems; just be aware that it may happen.  We apologize for this inconvenience but it is a necessary issue that must be addressed.  Rest assured that we will always strive to help you as much as possible.

As of December 26, 2011, our warehouses are definitely closed until January 5, 2012.  However, not all is lost!!!  We will be at our kiosk at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas through January 8, 2012.  These are in limited quantites so if you need an additional gift for Christmas, etc., order quickly before they're all gone.  In 2012, you can expect to see a big change in our website as well as new items as they are released.

To date, we have not received a schedule for Randolph AFB and hope that one will be forthcoming.   As a closing note, we thank all our customers for their support and purchases in 2011.  You made 2011 our best year yet.   Thank you again for your patronage.  We will see you again in 2012.

Christmas is not far away.  Order now and beat the rush.  As we get closer, the warehouses are swamped with orders and while they endeavor to ensure everything is out on schedule, backlogs do occur.  To ensure delivery before Christmas we ask that you place all your orders by November 20, 2011.  Let's make sure all your gifts arrive before Christmas.

With Christmas only 4 months away, now is the time to begin your Christmas shopping and order early.  Our warehouses will be closing for the Christmas holidays beginning December 15, 2011.  As such, we are asking our customers to place their Christmas orders no later than November 25, 2011 for deliveries within the United States and no later than November 1, 2011 for orders headed overseas.  Overseas orders may take 45-60 days do deliver.  To ensure all your gifts arrive on time; drop us an email at:  spectrumhomedecor1@att.net or our manager, danielhillusa1@att.net with the product number and quantity so we may verify the warehouse can get the orders out on schedule.

We received word on Friday, August 26, 2011 that California has increased the taxes on distributors in California shipping throughout the United States and overseas.  As such, several of the products in our collections will increase 10-25% in the next few weeks.  We apologize for the price increase but it is out of our control.  Our goal has always been to give you the best product, at a great price, and most importantly, save you money.  We will still strive to keep the prices as low as possible and try to offset the increases as best as we can.
